Bracelets

Customers kept asking so I spent some time creating bracelets that are sure to please. First, there are my Tanya freshwater pearl and Swarovski crystal bracelets. Created for a bride getting married in July 2007, these are delicate and feminine in appearance with individual sections of pearls and crystals wired and connected together. Between each section is a small crystal dangle. They come in an assortment of colors and are very popular at the shows. I sell 80% of those I bring with me. In my Ruby Lane shop (www.rubylane.com/shops/designsbyapril) , check TAN 6 and 7 for a bracelet and a necklace that matches.

I have also had fun making lampwork bead bracelets. Here, I use a bead made by some of my favorite bead artists, add lots of crystal and sterling and the best bracelets emerge!

This one features glass beads by Janet Wood. I had these special ordered because I loved the square silver foil bead and swirled ones. It's a larger size bracelet but can be sized for you. It is now available in purple, blue, aqua and lime and teal. Anotehr style lampwork bracelet begins with a focal bead such as those from Backroom Beads in Fairplay, Colorado and then, crystals and lampwork sapcers are added in complimentary colors.

The one at right is just one example of what can be done if you have a favorite bead you'd like made into a bracelet.

My favorites, though, are the ones using lampwork spacer beads by Pat Lubin of A Flame Dancer Beads in Texas. Here, I use lots of crystals in pinwheels flanking each bead along with lots of sterling and WOW! She has the most interesting combinations to choose from or special colors can be selected for your very own style. This white one is about the best summer bracelet ever but can be perfect for a bride who wants a show-stopping item on her wrist!

I'm working on some new charm bracelet ideas too. I had a customer ask for a tea perrty bracelet. I've got a scrapbooking lover's style and am developing a wine lover bracelet.

Come vist my shop. Tell me what you like. I'm sure you won't be disappointed in any purchase.
